Affinity Properties is a privately held real estate investment and real estate development company founded in 2013 by Conrad Jacobs and based in Carmel, Indiana.  From the company’s inception in 2013, it has focused on achieving above average cash on cash returns in underserved real estate markets, growth markets and established markets where a certain assets class may be in low supply but high demand.  Affinity Properties also focuses on value-add real estate investment opportunities where assets are underperforming, being overlooked for more popular opportunities in the current cycle, or a certain product type may be in demand.
